This probably is part two from the author. As Fisher's experience matured his second book has lot of meaning full advice.

1. The First Dimension - Superiority in Production, Marketing, Reserach and Finance Skills.

• Low cost production - Company with very low Gross Margins have the best bets to survive in a bear market but cannot have spectacular gains in Bull market.
  

2. The Second Dimension - People Factor

• Company that promotes from within. A company which brings a CEO from outside shows there is a problem with the management.
• Pay package of the CEO is way more than the top management it looks like it is a one man's show.
• The company must recognize that world in which it is operating is changing at an ever increasing rate.
• There must be a conscious and continuous effort, based on fact, not propaganda, to have employeees at every level , from the newly hired blue-collar or white collar worker to the highest levels of management feel that thier company is a good place to work.
• Management must be willing to submit itself to the disciplines required for sound growth.
